Submit a Booking Request
Once you’ve found the right monkey, complete the Booking Form to reserve or inquire. Our team will review your request, confirm availability, and respond promptly to assist you with the next steps.
Payment & Reservation Confirmation
To keep the process fair and transparent, the following payment terms apply: 🚚 Delivery: Full payment is required before delivery arrangements are scheduled 📍 Pickup: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your monkey, with the remaining balance due at pickup Clear payment instructions will be provided during confirmation.
Care Preparation & Final Review
Before transfer, your monkey receives careful preparation, including a final health review and secure handling arrangements. A starter gift pack is included to support a smooth transition into their new environment.
Delivery or Pickup
Delivery: Monkeys are transported using secure, appropriate methods that prioritize comfort and safety. Pickup: Pickup appointments are scheduled in advance to ensure an organized and stress-free handover.
Health Guarantee & Documentation
After purchase, you will receive: A written health guarantee Veterinary health documentation Basic care guidance and ongoing support This confirms your monkey’s excellent health at the time of placement.
